Sonoma County has an extraordinary culinary community. At the Chef’s Tent, we highlight our local chefs, local food, and, of course, the fair’s treasured namesake… the Gravenstein apple. Chef’s will demonstrate a dish, pass out samples and also share the recipe with guests.
